Word of encouragement

Isaiah 56:3

"Do not let the son of the foreigner who has joined himself to the Lord speak, saying, "The Lord has utterly separated me from His people" ; nor let the eunuch say, "Here I am, a dry tree."

I read this recently from Robert Henderson's book "365 Prayers and Activations For Entering The Courts of Heaven"

"Jesus's passion is His house of prayer. In Isaiah 56 we see three groups of people mentioned that He uses to build this house or people. He uses foreigners/strangers. He uses eunuchs. He also uses the outcast (Isa, 56:8). Strangers are those who feel like they are misfits. Eunuchs are those who are frustrated that they can never reproduce or bear fruit. Outcasts are those who are rejected and made to feel useless. These are the ones God declares that will be used to build His house that shall reshape nations. They are able to stand in the holy mountain of God where the Courts of Heaven operate ( Heb. 12:22-24). The Lord loves to take what others have despised and use them to do great things and accomplish His purposes. He takes the foolish and confounds the wise (1 Cor.1 :27). Today, regardless of how we see ourselves, we should be the ones that understand we are of great use to the Lord. God will fashion us into a people designed to do His will and bring about His passion in the earth."

For years and years I struggled with shame and rejection and other things which you can read about in my book called "In Full Flight". It is so wonderful to know that our Father has a plan and purpose for us in spite of how we see ourselves. He is such a good, good Father and all things are possible when we trust Him.
