BLESSINGS. Part 2

Colossians 1 : 13-14

"[The Father] has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love. In Whom we have our redemption through His blood, [which means] the forgiveness of our sins."

"Because of the blood of Jesus, I am restored, found, and alive again to what I was created for."

Just recently I was praying about family members who I had not seen for a long time and I was asking God for restoration. They contacted me and we were able to talk and things were resolved which was such an answer to prayer and I was so blessed. My heavenly Father amazes me as I bring all my mess to Him, He makes it all work out for good.

Last year I moved to a new address and I prayed the Lord would help me be a witness to my neighbours as I wanted to be able to love them with God's love. When I met my next door neighbour, a young man, I noticed his eyes, they were a very unusual colour. My neighbour was with his partner another lovely young man. We became quiet friendly and they were both such a blessing as nothing was too much trouble when I needed help fixing things.

Being new to the area I had moved to, I wanted to know more about my location. One morning I headed off for a walk and heard that soft sweet voice of God say, "The man sitting at the bus stop can tell you everything you want to know." I approached him, an elderly man in his 80s, and asked if he could tell me about the street we live in. He had grown up on a farm right across the road. We have had some interesting discussions as he had been a Catholic Priest and has written his life story. Through this book I have found out lots of information about the early days in this part of my city.

"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ." Ephesians 1:3.
